Pets up to 25 pounds at their full grown weight are accepted upon approval. Pets must be at least 6 months of age, house-trained, and vaccinated. Additional deposit, monthly pet rent and animal addendum are required. Maximum of 1 pet per apartment are allowed. Certain breeds are city restricted. Please contact us for further details.
We do not allow smoking in the apartments, stairwells and all amenities. Smoking must be 25 feet away from any building and all common areas.
